Growing up, I struggled with compulsive exercising, constant calorie counting, ultimately leading to anorexia which then became bulimia. It wasn't until I found CrossFit that I really learned the truth to fueling my body to perform.
These days, I think it’s really hard for young women to find resources on how to be healthy and how to workout, all without eating under 1200 calories a day and spending hours on the treadmill.
This is why I've made it my mission to make sure I can help amplify the voices of these online health coaches who are looking to change the current trajectory of what a “healthy female” should look like, how they should workout, and what they should eat.

This membership is created for the Coach that is willing to put in the work to build their online presence and understands that a marketing strategy takes time. Just like how your clients can't get results from just going to the gym and eating healthy for 30 days, same idea. If you consistently show up using the strategies we teach and implement, you WILL see results. We're not here for the "shiny object coach" who's always looking for the next best thing.
Just like reaching your health + fitness goals, it's about using a proven framework, putting in the work, and committing to the process.
