This document constitutes a legally binding contract between MLKMEDIA LLC and other associated materials and sites linked hereto and operated or controlled by MLKMEDIA LLC (herein referred to as “Company”), and you regarding your purchase of content templates and digital products (herein referred to as the “Product”).
MLKMEDIA LLC’s Terms and Conditions of Purchase, website Terms and Conditions, and the website Privacy Policy are collectively referred to herein as this “Agreement.” In the event of any conflict between these documents with respect to your purchase, these Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall prevail over the website Terms, which shall prevail over the Privacy Policy.
By purchasing this product, you (herein referred to as “Client”) agree to the following terms as a condition of your participation in the Program.
MLKMEDIA LLC offers digital products, including but not limited to content templates, digital courses, and resources. All products are delivered electronically via email or a membership portal. No physical products will be shipped.
Each product includes a detailed description on the sales page, including intended use, content format, and any limitations.
All purchases must be paid in full at checkout, with prices listed in USD ($) unless otherwise stated. Due to the immediate access granted to digital products, all sales are final, and you are responsible for full payment regardless of use, preference, or any claim to cancel or discontinue payment. If you select a payment plan, you are legally obligated to complete all scheduled payments as agreed. Failure to do so may result in account suspension, additional fees, and potential legal action.
By purchasing from MLKMEDIA LLC, you agree not to file fraudulent chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider. Any payment disputes must first be attempted through our customer support team at michelle@mlkmedia.com before initiating a claim with your bank. Fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized cancellations will result in immediate account suspension, revocation of access to purchased products, permanent blacklisting from future purchases with MLKMEDIA LLC, and potential legal action to recover lost funds, including chargeback fees and associated penalties. We take fraud and chargeback abuse very seriously and will pursue all necessary actions to protect our business and intellectual property.
If you purchase a subscription-based product, you will be charged on a recurring basis according to the selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing michelle@mlkmedia.com. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. Subscriptions will not be refunded, and cancellations made after the billing date will take effect for the following cycle.
You are not permitted to share any MLKMEDIA LLC branded products that you have purchased with any other third party or attempt to copy or re-distribute the product and/or design elements in any way.
Each product license is for one use of the product, which is licensed directly to you for your singular personal or business use. You are not permitted to use the Company’s product on multiple websites if you have multiple businesses or personal uses, as each purchase is for a singular license to utilize the product. Any violation of this clause shall result in an immediate termination of your license to use the product and a fee equal to the cost of an approximate estimate of additional license(s) violated without authorization, in addition to any attorney’s fees or other applicable fees—not as a penalty, but as liquidated damages for this infringement of the Company’s intellectual property and violation of this Agreement.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also support secure payment gateways through Stripe and PayPal.
For customer convenience, we display the logos of all accepted payment methods on our checkout page.
All digital product purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Due to the immediate access granted upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including dissatisfaction or non-use. Additionally, digital products cannot be exchanged for other items.

All digital products are protected by intellectual property rights and are not to be resold, repackaged, shared, or distributed without the written consent of the Company.

All of the products sold on the Company’s Site are protected by copyright and trademark laws, and the Company shall use all measures to assert and protect its rights in those products and prevent them from being used by unauthorized users.
Without limiting its other remedies, Company may immediately discontinue, suspend, terminate, or block your and any user’s access to this site at any time in Company’s sole discretion.
Company owns the intellectual property rights of all information on this site as well as any information products hosted on membership sites controlled by MLKMEDIA LLC, including but not limited to the company name, logo, graphics, videos, audios, images, designs, photographs, writings, graphs, data, and other materials.
Company’s ownership rights are protected by copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights. You shall comply with all copyright laws worldwide in your use of this website and prevent unauthorized copying. All our products are digital, so you will not receive any physical products in the mail.
All our products will be delivered to you via email after your checkout is completed.
If you do not receive your digital product login info within 2 hours of checkout and it is not in your spam or promotions email folders, please reach out to michelle@mlkmedia.com and they'll help you get access as soon as possible.
